If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we are happy for you to return the item for a full refund. We don’t currently offer exchanges. Returned items must comply with our returns policy. Please refer to the returns policy and guidelines in the policy page.
Please make sure that you refer to the size chart for each item prior to selecting it for purchase.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order has been shipped, which includes the tracking number. Please use the links provided via our carrier notification to track your order.
For orders within the EU, as soon as your order is placed, and verification confirmed, we aim to have your parcel shipped to you within 3-5 working days. This is subject to change during busier times. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
We ship all orders via UPS. All shipments are sent using a tracked delivery service, NO signature is required. Free local delivery is available for orders over €150 within Europe. For orders under €150, we charge €5.99 for local delivery.
